The Metabolomics Australia partners manage a series of infrastructure that is used in the profiling of metabolites in a range of biological samples.
Throughout Metabolomics Australia, a range of different GC-MS technology (GC-quadrupole-MS, GC-TOF-MS, GC-FT-ICR-MS, GCxGC-TOF-MS) and LC-MS technology (LC-QqQ-MS, LC-QqTOF-MS, LC-Ion Trap-MS, LC-QqTRAP, LC-FT-ICR-MS) is available. In addition, different NMR (up to 800MHz) capabilities can be utilized.
